Booking Fee

A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your overall service total, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

Pets

For health, safety, and comfort reasons, I am unable to provide services in homes with pets present during the appointment. If needed, you are welcome to arrange an alternative location for your service.
